System-wide install:
Extract this folder to ~/usr/share/plasma/desktoptheme/ directory

User-only install:
Extract this folder to ~/.local/share/plasma/desktoptheme/ directory

Select and apply the theme in KDE System Settings > Workspace Appearance > Desktop Theme > Seven Black
