This change makes it possible to build ares using Clang without MinGW-w64. All that is required is a copy of Visual Studio (or Build Tools for Visual Studio) and Clang (also available through the VS installer) along with GNU Make. To build, just open an x64 Native Tools command prompt and run `make compiler=clang++` as usual. |
