Gab, the instance everyone loves to hate
Gab is not only hated by the communists/fascists, they're also hated to libertarians/anarchists, loli artists, and actual free speech advocates.
It's so hated that half of Fedi blocks them, and in turn Gab blocks everyone else, which effectively turned them into a puritan version of Shitter.
Also, according to Torba himself, no lolicons allowed, no sports allowed.
Hell, I even got banned over sharing loli art, pretty aggressive for a "free speech" platform.
The about page isn't all that interesting, but it's divided up into multiple pages.
Our interest here will be the TOS page.
The TOS is suspiciously lengthy for a "free speech" platform.

Copyright (which is a scam) is the single biggest contributor to online censorship.
I know that as a registered company you're basically forced to cuck out over that, but it's still not a justification for NOT being a free speech platform.
Prohibited Uses: For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content, asking for personally identifiable information, or otherwise. To send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use, or re-use any material that does not comply with the Content Standards set out in these Terms of Service.
It's understandable, but I know for a fact that Torba is referring here to drawings, because according to puritans, looking at a bunch of strokes on a piece of paper is literally the same as raping an 8 year old...
Here's a shocker: loli drawings are entirely legal under Americuck's First Amendment.
I'm even surprised how many times "First Amendment" is being used (11 times), why do you even care about the artifical "laws" if you claim to be a "free speech" platform though?
However, this can also imply city skylines somebody took by themselves, because I know somebody who literally got banned over that, not even joking!

Basically, loli drawings will get you banned the moment you post it, but showing actual porn is OK?

The entire TOS is "First Amendment this", "copyright that" more than anything else.
