Very subjective, just like number 1.

5. Posting pornography.

Do you mean real nudify, or whatever puritans consider to be "porn"?

6. Intentionally creating multiple accounts to circumvent people blocking you.

Thanks, you're basically admitting you have no right to freedom of speech if you're blocked...

7. Being a bot (unless you post unlisted and do not auto-follow).

I pass captcha's easily, so I guess I count as a bot...

8. Any account setup solely to advertise a product or service.

Does that include advertising articles on your own website, so you can actually say whatever you want uncensored without worrying about getting banned from your instance?

What won't get you banned:

1. Hurting someone's feelings.

3. Anything that can be solved by a personal block.

So basically everything is allowed now, all the 8 "please refrain from"'s should be rendered void by that.

4. Cursing.

I like that, so OK.

5. Lewd jokes.

A literal contradiction to number 5 of "please refrain from".

6. A bot where all posts are unlisted.

Don't be a bot, unless you're a bot nobody can see.
